Week 27 and we are continuing to focus on prayer this week. Right now I’m traveling alone with my boys. To be honest with you, it’s a little scary. Right now I’m 12 hours from home in a town and state I’m unfamiliar with. This morning I took the boys to church and we worshiped with strangers, yet I’ve never felt so connected, loved, and cared for by God’s people.
I’ve found myself repeating 1 Peter 5:7 as we travel and it’s helped guide my prayers.
I’m so grateful for the gift of prayer and that our Father in Heaven cares so deeply about the things that trouble us.
