It’s Week 29 in our 52-week Bible verse series! Our verse this week is one that many of us may struggle to fully comprehend; it describes the infinite, unchanging nature of Christ.
Growing up in the church, I encountered people that held tight to old religion and rituals. They worked hard to preserve traditions that may have been more of a matter of habit, than of the heart. And I get it! Change can be hard and it’s uncomfortable to do things in a new, different way. But change is also inevitable.
And even when the circumstances in our life DO change, we can rely on Christ’s unchanging character and the discernment He gives us when we are connecting with Him daily to navigate unfamiliar paths. This is why having knowledge of the Word of God is so, so important!
Jesus is always contemporary, current, and relevant, more so than anything going on around us. Isn’t that comforting?!
Miracles happen every day. The enemy has tried his best to deceive us into thinking God’s presence and miraculous works are things we can only read about in the Bible. That’s a LIE! He is the SAME today as He was when He walked the earth two thousand years ago!
Praying you have a blessed week and that your eyes and hearts are open to seeing the miracles happening around you daily.
Know you are loved,
